Due to the custom nature of our products, returns are only accepted on unopened apparel products, within 10 calendar days of delivery. Package seal on apparel product(s) must not be broken, to prove item was not worn.
To initiate a return on an unopened apparel product, a return request email must be sent to support@teesandart.com, before midnight Eastern Time, on the seventh day after the apparel item is delivered. Return request email must include the reason for return and a copy or screenshot of the delivery notification (attached to the email). A reply email will be sent within 24 hours, with instructions on how to return the item. Buyer is responsible for cost of shipping, to return item. A store credit will be issued, upon receipt of returned item. No cash refund(s) will be issued.
Returns/refunds are not accepted/issued on non-apparel products.
